Privacy Policy — Effortless Building mod MCPE
This Privacy Policy explains what data our mobile application (“App”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the App, improve stability, and process purchases.
- Usage & diagnostics. Events such as screens viewed, taps, session duration; crash logs and performance metrics; non-precise device data (model, OS version, app version, language, country set by device, time zone, IP-derived coarse location).
- Purchase data. Non-sensitive purchase information from Google Play Billing (purchase tokens, product IDs, price, currency, subscription status, trial/intro eligibility). We never receive or store full payment card details.
- Account identifiers. Anonymous app instance IDs and installation identifiers generated by the SDKs; if you contact support, we may collect your email and the content of your message.
We do not collect sensitive categories such as precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone content unless you explicitly provide them to us (e.g., when sending a support email).
How we use data
To run core features (including subscriptions and in-app purchases), analyze aggregated usage to improve the App, monitor crashes and performance, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
SDKs and service providers
We use trusted processors to handle analytics, subscriptions, and diagnostics. These providers process data on our behalf and under their privacy terms.
- Firebase (Google): Analytics and performance measurement; Cloud Messaging if enabled; device/app identifiers; IP-derived general location.
- Google Analytics (if enabled): Additional product analytics and attribution; device/app identifiers; IP-derived general location.
- Crashlytics (Firebase): Crash reports, stack traces, device model, OS/app version.
- Google Play Billing: Purchase flow and receipts; no card numbers are shared with us.
- Adapty: Subscription management, entitlement status, receipts and purchase tokens to validate and provide access.
Some providers may process data on servers located outside your country. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process: to perform a contract (provide features and purchases), for our legitimate interests (improve the App, prevent fraud), and to comply with legal duties. When required, we obtain consent (e.g., for optional analytics or notifications).
Data retention
Diagnostics and analytics are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically from 3 to 24 months depending on the SDK defaults and our operational needs. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting, refunds, chargebacks, and audit.
Your choices and rights
You can disable analytics where the App provides a setting or through your device settings (Advertising/Analytics limitations). You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing where applicable by law. Contact us at vasiliju081@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and the data we hold is often pseudonymous through SDK identifiers.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International transfers
If data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the App or laws change. We will post the new effective date and, if changes are material, provide notice in-app or by other reasonable means.
Contact
For questions, privacy requests, or complaints, email vasiliju081@gmail.com (Attn: Privacy). If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
